South Bend is in Indiana, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and South Bend follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. WOW! These guys know how to make the customer happy. Best customer service anyone could ask for. Thanks for such an easy experience getting those Michelin Cross Climate 2s! Also the online customer service (question regarding my rebate) experience was terrific. These guys ROCK!

Excellent service and merchandise. It only took about 40 minutes for a 4 tire change. The waiting area was nice and roomy. There are snacks, coffee, tea and water while you wait. I did not see an outside waiting area as mentioned on their website. But you can walk around outside while you wait if you wish. The staff was prompt and courteous, no complaints. I would recommend The Tire Rack to anyone looking for new tires or rims at a decent price and excellent service. I ordered online and set up the install for the next day, and it went better than expected and cheaper than Anywhere else for the same brand product. They even included lug nuts to replace my bad ones. A+++ I'll be back!

Great customer service relatively fast service, and the best inventory in the country. It's hard for me to not buy from tire rack. I really appreciate this company's efforts in satisfying their customers. The Lambo is not mine, it was just sitting there, so I took a picture.

This is our go to place for tires and wheels for the last several years. Exceptional customer service, consistently every time, from front office to the guys in the shop. Hard to come by this sort of customer service these days in the wake of the pandemic. Keep up the good work guys!

Beautiful facility. This business is very generous to work with local clubs and allow them to host car control events on their testing grounds.
